Dog Notes:: We welcome a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $400 per pet non-refundable fee. Pet rent is $20/month per pet. There is a combined weight limit of 75 pounds and breeds restrictions apply. Please contact the office for more information if needed.
