Our historic building was once one of Dallas' original broad-front stores, the Titche-Goettinger Department Store. Today it still stands with its dignity and beauty intact. Our homes are designed around the original architectural elements of the building. Some feature fabulous arched windows with panoramic city views. Others have floor-to-ceiling windows that open to the building's great open-air atrium or present an original 15-foot column adorned by Art Deco crown molding, as well as authentic casement windows.
