COMING SOON TO THE RIVER ARTS DISTRICT Here at The Wyre, our name derives from the Welsh term for "winding river.” Inspired by sunny days floating down the French Broad, The Wyre is a community that prides itself on its calming nature, creativity, and understated sophistication. With the river in our back yard, and the vibrant art district in our front, inspiration and endless possibilities live here. Just as the work of talented artists flank every street, shop, wall and culinary experience in the eclectic blocks surrounding our address, we felt it was only right to craft a spirited living experience that too can only be described as 'a work of art'. Partnering with an array of the River Arts District's own artists and crafters, our community is crafted to pay homage to the neighborhood we call home - and you'll notice from the moment you arrive.
