As a rental consultant in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area for over 19 years, I recommend Urban Park apartments, a smaller complex in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable. Knollwood Mall and Cub Foods are just down the street. This St. Louis Park complex has easy access to Highway 169, as well. Each apartment has hardwood flooring in all areas, except for the bedrooms.
