As a rental consultant in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area for 20 years, I find the Sixton is a nice, newly constructed, smaller community, tucked away from the busy city. In the extreme Southwest metro, The Sixton has modern features, stainless steel appliances and hardwood flooring in each apartment (the bedrooms have carpet).
