As a rental consultant in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area for 20 years, I’ve always thought Minnetonka Hills was a nice, comfortable place, nestled in the woods, yet just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Built in the 1980’s, it’s a solid apartment community with spacious apartments, some of which have been updated with medium-oak wooded cabinets and hardwood Pergo flooring in the entryway, kitchen, and dining areas.
