      As a rental consultant in the Minneapolis / St. Paul market for over 19 years, I think Maple Ridge is a great option for a renter wanting a clean, well-maintained place that's close to shopping and restaurants. The square footage here is very generous—with over 800 square feet in the 1-bedrooms (some with over 900 square feet!). The 2-bedrooms are well over 1000 square feet. The renter only pays electric.
