      As a rental consultant in the Minneapolis St. Paul area for 20 years, the Lodan is a new property that stands out... like being on a resort! The community is only 3 levels and each spacious floor plan has the latest modern features of quartz countertops, white finishes in the kitchen, hardwood flooring throughout (except in the bedrooms). The property has an awesome community room, as well as two outdoor areas to hang out in, next to the outdoor pool and hot tub, that will be open year . . .(Read More)
