You can visit Apartment Rewards By City, which offers a list of cities and their corresponding reward amounts or you can visit your apartment complex's page to see which reward amount is offered in your area. There is a logo on each apartment page with the reward amount, which makes it easy to spot. Pull up your new property and look for one of the following logos to see your reward amount:
When do I tell a property manager I found their Apartment on ApartmentSearch.com?
When you visit the property for the first time, tell them you found them on ApartmentSearch.com. More importantly, WRITE ApartmentSearch.com down on your application, information card or anything that asks for a referral source. If you call the property, make sure you mention that you found them on ApartmentSearch.com. Also, print out the guest card from your apartment complex's page on ApartmentSearch.com and give that to your apartment manager. What is my reward?
The reward amounts vary depending on the city of your apartment and range from $100 to $200. All reward amounts include a $100 CORT Bucks Certificate. Rewards of $150 consist of $100 in CORT Bucks and a $50 VISA Gift Card. Our most commonly offered reward has a total value of $200 and consists of $100 in CORT Bucks and a $100 VISA Gift Card. When do I receive my reward?
You will receive your CORT Bucks first. Once we have confirmed that you have signed your lease and used ApartmentSearch.com as your referral, your CORT Bucks will be mailed within 3-10 business days. Your VISA Gift Card will be delivered four to ten weeks after you have moved in to your new home.
