The four, three story buildings constructed mainly of brick and wood are placed in a rectangular arrangement. This creates a large courtyard for the enjoyment of the residents. In the courtyard, there is a fountain overflowing with beautiful plants, surrounded by four park benches in the center. The courtyard also contains a grassy area that is accentuated by many colorful plants and trees.
