Sewer is a flat fee of $32.00 per month. Garbage is $5 for a 1 bedroom, $7 for a 2 bedroom, and $10 for a 3 bedroom per month. Water is free! The resident is responsible for electric, telephone, cable, and internet.
All of the above apartments feature the following appliances: fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and garbage disposal. All apartments are non-smoking inside the apartments and in the shared common breezeway/entry areas. Smoking is permitted on the patios/decks unless disturbing neighbors.
We allow one indoor pet (cat or dog only) per apartment (20 lbs. maximum per pet, at least 1 year of age) with an additional security deposit of $400 ($350 is refundable like a regular deposit, $50 is kept for pest control after move out).
There is plenty of complimentary uncovered parking available in our community available on a first come, first serve basis. Inquire about availability of carports for $25/month, storages for $35/month, and garages for $100/month.
We offer a large seasonal swimming pool open during the summer. The outdoor hot tub is open year round. The fitness center and dry cedar sauna are open 24 hours a day. We also offer a clubhouse with lounge area and all-weather sports court.
We offer 10-12 month leases on all apartment homes. Please call for availability.
The security deposit is either $250 or equal to a full month’s rent dependent on the results of the background screening and is due within 24 hours of approval.
There is a $45 application fee per applicant over 18 years old. In addition to submitting a completed rental application and screening criteria form, we require 2 ID's including at least one with a photo (US Passport, Foreign Passport with US Visa, Driver's License, Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, etc.) and 2 recent paystubs or proof of income source (job offer letter, savings, unemployment, child support, financial aid, etc.) to be used in the screening process.
