We offer affordable housing with some income and student restrictions. The requirements are they need 2 times the amount of rent and a maximum income limit of a per occupant (one occupant $24,900): (two occupant $28,440) : (three occupant $31,980): (four occupant $35,520): (five occupant $38,400). Full time students would not qualify unless there was another occupant who is not a full time student.
