With certain qualifications, residents may qualify for a choice of two special discounts: one months rent for security deposit; 3 mo. payment arrangements for security deposit; either $25 off each months rent for paying on or before due date OR 13th month free, after 12 months consecutive rent paid on or before due date; no pet cleaning fees. QUALIFICATIONS ARE: total income of 2-1/2 times rent; no police record for the last 5 years; continously employed for last 2 years. Good credit standing.
