Homestead Studio Suites are renting their furnished studios on a monthly basis. Completely furnished with TV, cooking & eating utensils, linens, and free local phone. The Apartment Program rates does not include the maid service. The reduced rates are for a 30 day commitment and must pay first month up front. Add another $5 per day for extra occupant. Pricing depends on availability and if there are any sporting events or conventions in the area, Holidays.
