Breed restrictions apply for dogs, and include the following: Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Pit Bull, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and Bull/Staffordshire Terrier. Exotic animals are NOT ALLOWED in the community. (e.g. no ferrets, rabbits, snakes, pigs.) - **There is a one time pet fee for cats of $200 and one time pet fee for dogs of $300.
