This is a Government Subsidized apartment. They do not permit students to be lease holders. They require your maximum income fall within a certain bracket in order to qualify. If your income meets 3x the rent, you over qualify. Security deposit varies depending on credit score. All application fees and move in monies must be paid by money order.
