The Northeast Houston communities of Kingwood, Atascocita and Humble are approximately 22 miles from downtown and offer apartment rentals in and around master-planned communities just five miles from the Bush Inter-Continental Airport.Forest land and natural beauty surround this area of Houston.

Northwest Houston is a growing region with access to the Sam Houston Toll Way. Garden Oaks, one of the many communities is close-in and is accessible to both the 610 Loop and Hwy 290. Many new apartments are being built in this highly desirable area.

Southwest Houston is home to Sugar Land, the home of Texas' oldest company, Imperial Sugar. The Brazos River makes its way along many of the Southwest Houston communities.

Clear Lake, home to the Johnson space Center, is located 20 miles from downtown Houston. NASA is the largest employer in the South Houston area. Clear Lake is located on the Texas Gulf Coast and offers residents, boating, fishing and water recreation. Clear Lake is only minutes from the beaches of Galveston Island, while being easily accessible to downtown Houston.

Living in Houston, Texas

Houston's mild climate makes it an excellent city for those people who enjoy outdoor activities. Houston's extensive park system, which includes Hermann Mark and the Houston Arboretum and Nature Center, is a great way to get started. If you're interested in sports, you can take in a baseball game with the MLB team, Houston Astros or a football game with NBA team, Houston Rockets.

Museums and annual events abound in Houston. From visiting the Museum of Fine arts to the Burke Baker Planetarium to taking in Houston's International Festival or watching the rodeo, there is always more than enough to do for renters.
